Building and sustaining strong client connections by responding to requests and complaints as soon as possible. Resolving product and service-related questions and difficulties. Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts. Maintaining current knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales strategies. Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation. Inquiring with the customer and learning about their needs. Noting down the key points of each conversation.
