Tellecaller
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products/services, resolve queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Generate leads and schedule.
• Keep accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
• Address customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly reports set by management.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 12th pass.
• 1 year experience as a Telecaller .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
