Role Summary:
We are seeking a confident and communicative Sales Telecaller to drive lead generation through cold calling and client engagement. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base for our interior design and execution services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Akorita's services.
• Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to support the sales pipeline.
• Client Interaction: Build rapport with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Data Management: Accurately maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
• Confident and persuasive phone presence.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
