Key Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 15/07/2024
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, gathering essential customer information.
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing information.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Follow-up: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team by setting appointments and providing necessary information.
- Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all communications are compliant with relevant regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Fluency in English
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality.
- Customer-oriented with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
