Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services.
• Handle inbound queries from customers and address their concerns or provide appropriate solutions.
Sales & Lead Generation:
• Promote company products or services and persuade customers to make a purchase.
• Generate leads and maintain a record of customer information for follow-ups
Follow-Up:
• Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction or finalize sales.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on call performance and sales metrics.
