We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers over the phone to achieve sales and customer service goals. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, provide information about products/services, and answer inquiries.
• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing concerns, questions, or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to convert them into business.
• Record customer details, interactions, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints and escalate as necessary.
• Provide product/service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during interactions with customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet targets.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (if applicable).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
