>> Interact with prospective customers through modes likes Voice, Chat,.
>> Handle the queries of the customers.
>> Customer support and maintaining cordial relation with prompt after sales service
>> Coordinate with internal stakeholders to bring customer queries/complaints to resolution.
>> Maintain records and provide relevant reports as necessary.
>> Complaint Management: The complete process from receiving to resolving.
>> Confirm and achieve customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE & SKILL
>> Similar experience of 1-3 years in Customer Care & Customer Handling.

>> Good in verbal & written communication [English, Hindi, Gujarati].
>> Influencing personality.

>> Good convincing ability.

EDUCATION & OTHER QUALIFICATION:

>> Any Stream Graduate
>> Age: Not older than 30 Years

>> Gender: Female

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
