We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in generating sales leads and providing detailed information about our services to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our immigration services and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments for consultations with our immigration experts.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve monthly targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback from customers to enhance our services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and [other relevant languages, if applicable].
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to handle rejections and stress in solicitation.
- Basic knowledge of computer and database management.
- High school diploma; further education will be considered an advantage.
