Tele Counsellor - Domestic

Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)

10 AM - 7 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass (Undergraduates can apply if they have their results)

Experience:

Freshers with good communication skills can apply 6 months - 5 years of experience in outbound BPO, telecalling, or telesales preferred Minimum 18 years - Maximum 34 years Must be fluent in Hindi and English No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) issues (e.g., S-SH, V-VH, P-PH sound errors) No RTI (Regional Touch Issue) - e.g., Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odisha accents

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students from provided leads Convince students to attend a free walk-in seminar Maintain clear and professional communication Engage in meaningful conversations (should be able to speak 3-4 lines on any topic)

Salary & Benefits:For Freshers:

?16,000 in hand (?19,500 CTC)

For Experienced Candidates:

Up to ?21,000 in hand (No PF deduction)
