Point Blank is looking for a motivated and communicative female telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will engage with potential clients through phone calls, provide information about our services, and generate interest in our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our products/services.

- Handle incoming inquiries and assist customers with accurate information.

- Record customer interactions and details in our database.

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and conversion.

- Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the team leader.

- Develop a rapport with customers through effective communication.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Confident and persuasive speaking abilities.

- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

- Basic computer skills for record-keeping.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
