Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele-caller to join our dental services team in Delhi. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for promoting out dental services over the phone to potential clients, scheduling appointments and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contacting patient's for appointments.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and update the customer/patient databases.
• Taking feedback from patient's about treatments.
• Identify and qualify leads and schedule appointments for consultations or treatments.
• Follow up with leads via phone calls to nurture relationships and encourage appointments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate service offerings persuasively over the phone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
