Job Description

:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, complaints, or issues, and provide accurate and satisfactory answers.
• Maintain and update customer information in the database accurately.
• Generate sales leads and follow up on new leads and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and offer relevant products or services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Document all call information and maintain a detailed record of conversations and transactions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and improve customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month

Jadwal:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Tunjangan:

• Cell phone reimbursement

• Overtime pay
