Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our salon services.
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries and bookings.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for various salon services.
• Maintain an updated customer database with contact information and preferences.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of all call activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
