Team Management : Oversee daily operations of the telecalling team, including performance monitoring and task allocation.
Performance Monitoring : Track individual and team performance against key metrics such as call volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Motivation and Engagement : Keep the team motivated through recognition programs, setting clear goals, and creating a positive work environment.
Reporting : Generate and present performance reports to upper management, providing insights into team productivity, call outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Also has to monitor the AMC Services
• Develop and manage a maintenance schedule as per the AMC.
• Has to responsible for contacting clients when an enquiry is received.
• Regular follow-ups
• Maintaining proper reports
