Job Description
Provide a clear and concise description of the job responsibilities, such as:
Making outbound calls to potential customers
Handling inbound calls.
Should have experience in Call Centres.
Presenting company services/products and answering inquiries
Maintaining a record of interactions
Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Key Skills:
Communication skills (verbal and written)
Sales skills
Customer service orientation
Active listening and problem-solving
Ability to handle rejection
Required Qualifications:
Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (if required)
Proficiency in MS Office or CRM software (if applicable)

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
