Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team at Ghosting Web Tech Pvt Ltd . The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products and services, and driving sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Calls:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Address customer queries, provide information, and resolve concerns.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.
• Follow-Up:
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi.
• Personality: Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
