Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote e-commerce services.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions related to services like account management, product listing, advertising, etc.
• Handle inbound queries and provide detailed information about the agency's offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion and maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
• Provide feedback to the team for improving service quality and customer experience.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the e-commerce sector).
• Ability to handle objections and convince potential clients.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., is a plus.
• Proficiency in [language/s based on target market, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
• Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
