We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele caller Recruiter to join our team. The Telecaller Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and recruiting qualified candidates for various job openings within the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing:
• Identify potential candidates through various channels (databases, job portals, social media, etc.).
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
• Recruitment Process:
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Schedule and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Maintain a database of candidate information.
• Candidate Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and next steps.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
