As a tele caller for an admissions institute, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential students and their parents over the phone to provide information about the institute's programs, answer inquiries, and encourage them to apply for admissions. Your goal is to establish rapport, address concerns, and ultimately convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential students via telephone to inform them about our Animation & VFX courses and encourage them to enroll.
Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate information about our programs, admission requirements, fees, and available scholarships.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students to understand their educational goals and guide them towards suitable course options.
Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest in our courses to answer any further questions and assist them in completing the admission process.
Maintain a database of prospective students, including their contact details, inquiries, and status of follow-up calls.
Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the institute.
Requirements:
Looking for freshers with Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
