Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Telecalling Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads to support our business goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a keen understanding of our offerings in Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Designing.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services.
• Explain the benefits of our offerings and generate interest.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of all calls and client interactions.
• Schedule meetings with interested clients for our sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Assamese .
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good knowledge of our service offerings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
