We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team at Redian Path. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers through outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs and requirements
- Present our products/services to customers and address their concerns
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions

Requirements:

- 10 + 2 Pass (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
