We are looking for an experienced Telesales Trainer with over 3 years of experience in the finance sector. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of business and personal loans, and possess excellent communication skills. The Telesales Trainer will be responsible for training and developing our telesales team to ensure high performance and effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for the telesales team
• Provide coaching and support to improve sales techniques and performance
• Train employees on business and personal loan products
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in the finance sector
• In-depth knowledge of business and personal loans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in training and developing sales teams
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
