Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, building rapport with customers, answering product-related questions, updating customer information, and closing sales over the phone. The Telesales Specialist may also be responsible for training new hires. Qualifications Customer service and customer support skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales Ability to work independently and in a team environment Training skills Knowledge of agriculture and sustainability is a plus Fluency in local languages and English is a plus Bachelor\'s degree
