Hiring for a leading stock broking firm of India. :Role Designation : TelecallerDepartment : Advisory - CommodityFunction : TelesalesReporting to : TL - TelesalesLocation: Malad west/Prabhadevi in Mumbai.Job Purpose :Responsible for Business development through acquisition and retention of clients - Broking & Distribution.Key Deliverables :- This will be B2C sales- Managing end to end process of customer support- Efficiently maintaining customer relationship and customer management.- Providing meaningful business insights as and when required- Responsible for timely resolution of queries & Escalations- Work on adhoc activities/Projects assigned by reporting managerRole Requirements :- Prior Experience - 6 months plus yr of experience in tele calling industry- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.- Candidates from BFSI Industry will be preferred.Qualifications :Any graduate.- Additional information:- Nice to have Good Communication and Interpersonal skills- Domain Knowledge : Knowledge of broking, Capital Markets, Banking- IT Skills : Knowledge of MS Office, Internet etc. (ref:updazz.com)
