Experience: 6 months - 1 yearLocation: MumbaiJob Summary:- Good communication Skills. Fluent in English and Hindi.- Understand Customer needs and requirements and help resolve queries raised.- Understand the Product and troubleshoot accordingly to solve queries over Call, Email & Chat.- Must have used CRM.- There are 2 shifts in the process i.e. 7am to 4 pm & 1pm to 10 pm. (Must be ok with the shift) n(Inbound Process)- Experience in handling calls/Emails/Chats. (Min 6 Months)- Real Estate Process experience will be an advantage. (ref:updazz.com)
