AVA Advisors has been in business since 2010 in the arena of Financial and Human Resources Services after which in 2022 it has started a separate unit only to provide Human Resource Services called The Wise Hiring while AVA continues to emanate Financial Services.The JobOur client is looking for a Contact Center Voice Agent to join the teamYour responsibilities will include:- Making and receiving outbound/inbound calls- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner- Following the provided - scripts- when handling different topics- Going beyond the assigned target and achieving the best possible conversion rate- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile- Recording all conversations in our CRM Database by documenting everything Ideal Candidate :\xc2\xa0Skills required :- You have exceptional interpersonal, Sales, problem-solving, verbal (US accent), and written communication Skills- You have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening- You have a customer focus and adaptability to different personality types- You have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively- You have a minimum Graduate in any stream- You have 2 Years of International Outbound Sales experience (US)- You have prior experience in Health Care or Mass Tort Domain Preferred (ref:updazz.com)
