Company : TECHVEEL Location : Chennai Industry : Edutech Job Title : Marketing Executive - Telecalling Type of Role : Full-timeJob Responsibilities :- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote TECHVEEL\'s products and services.- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.- Identify customer needs and provide information on relevant programs and offerings.- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize telecalling strategies.- Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.Skills and Competencies :- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.- Strong ability to engage with potential customers over the phone.- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other telecalling tools.- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.- Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.- Familiarity with the education technology sector and its products/services.Education and Experience :- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.- Experience in the Edutech industry is a plus.
