Job Title: Executive ConversationsLocation: BengaluruExperience Level: 2+ years.Job Type: Full-TimeReports to: Team Lead - Conversations:The Executive - Conversations, will be responsible for making outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, virtual sessions, conferences & roadshows.Key Responsibilities- Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows.- Collection and profiling of data- Reaching out to customers and explaining to them the benefits of products/attending sessions/events- Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings.- Adhering to quality standards- Achieving targets set for activities assigned.- Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.- Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential databases per set guidelines.- Generate & publish reports of the outbound calls for assigned activities.Qualifications :- Graduation in any stream. - 2-3 years of relevant experience is essential.Skills Required:- 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales/lead generation.- Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent and patient professional with excellent customer service skills.- Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)- Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.- Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell products/services.- Excellent proficiency in MS - Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) - Mandatory (ref:updazz.com)
