FAE has to attend large amounts of Inbound/Outbound calls from our south region customer e.g (Kannada Telugu Tamil & Malayalam). Following calling scripts you need to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, provide information & also make farmers interested in buying machinery.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Answer calls.
Handle customer inquiries over calls.
Manage & Resolve Customer Complaints.
Provide customer with Product & Service Information.
Enter new Customer Information into system.
Process Orders.
Document all call information according to standard ongoing procedures.
Skills:
Good Communication skills in (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam)
Active listening skills.
Discipline.
Data entry skills.
Typing and word processing skills.
Documentation skills.
Attention to detail.
Problem solving skills.
Qualifications:
B.sc/M.sc (Agriculture) Preferred
Fresher/Experience Both are Comfortable.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
