Job Description

To sell products or services to customers over the phone. Their responsibilities include:

• Communicating : Sharing information about products or services, making recommendations, and highlighting special offers
• Negotiating : Negotiating prices and securing sales
• Customer service : Answering customer queries and handling complaints
• Updating customer information : Taking customer information and updating it in the database
• Processing orders : Taking and processing orders accurately
• Meeting sales quotas : Going the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
• Keeping records : Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
