We are looking for a results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team and engage in a structured, process-driven sales environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to follow scripts and processes to drive sales effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to a pre-defined list of prospects, following a structured script and sales process.
• Follow Sales Process: Adhere to established sales processes, workflows, and scripts to ensure consistency and compliance across all calls.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering relevant information using predefined criteria to assess the prospect's interest in the product or service.
• Product Presentation: Effectively present products/services, ensuring the message is clear and tailored to the customer's needs while following guidelines.
• Sales Conversion: Focus on converting qualified leads into sales by using defined closing techniques and persuasive language, within the framework of company procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
