Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele sales Executive with prior experience in the Australian voice process to join our growing team. This role is designed for an individual who has a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling customer calls specifically in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Australia, promoting products/services, and generating new business leads.
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and educating clients about offerings.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively closing sales and following up on leads.
• Sales Pitching: Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches to customers in accordance with the company's standards and requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and management teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines when interacting with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 monthsof telesales experience, specifically in the Australian voice process (preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral accent suitable for the Australian market.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a telesales environment (Australian market).
• Knowledge of Australian culture and market behavior.
• Previous experience with high-value, long-sales cycle products/services is an advantage.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
