Position Title: Telesales Representative
Location: Narayan Vihar, Mansarovar Extension

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our dynamic education center. The ideal candidate will engage potential students and parents, provide information about our programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Inbound Queries: Handle inbound inquiries professionally, answering questions about our educational programs and services.
• Needs Analysis: Understand the educational needs of the prospects and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow-Ups: Maintain a structured follow-up process to ensure high conversion rates.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Minimum of diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or the education sector is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in local language ad English.
• Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Organized: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
• Positive Attitude: Motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
