We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in the immigration services industry. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our immigration services and acquiring new clients through outbound calls. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our immigration services and generate sales leads.
Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our immigration services to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and update the customer database with relevant information.
Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the immigration services industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining client
