Work Schedule: Rotational week off (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

? Tele Sales & Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers via calls and assist them in choosing the best Shaadi.com membership plans.

? Customer Consultation: Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.

? Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

? Handling Customer Objections: Address queries and concerns effectively to ensure conversions.

? Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance retention.

Required Skills & Competencies

? Fluent in Kannada (Mandatory)

? Strong persuasion and communication skills

? Sales-driven mindset with negotiation abilities

? Ability to handle customer queries professionally

? Basic knowledge of CRM and telecalling tools is a plus
