Lead Generation: Conduct cold calling and manage outbound calls for the domestic process to generate leads.

Inquiry Management: Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing detailed information about our courses and opportunities.

Data Collection: Accurately collect and record customer information and relevant data for future follow-ups.

Follow-up Calls: Regularly conduct follow-up calls to maintain engagement with inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Enthusiastic, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
