  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) abilities to ensure satisfaction and retention of clients.
  • Excellent Objection Handling skills to address concerns and questions from clients confidently and effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM for streamlining sales processes and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Capability in Data Entry to accurately input and maintain customer records and sales information.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills to engage successfully with clients and close sales deals.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Nexus Jobs' services and generate new leads.
  • Identify clients' needs and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Follow up on potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets and objectives.
