Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales from warm leads over the telephone, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.Duties include but are not limited to -

• Purchasing leads from the preferred leads platform
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Communicating with clients via telephone and email.
• Closing deals with clients.
• Meeting individual sales targets.
• Utilising CRM and booking system.
• Utilising MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Educating customers in all service offerings.
• After-sales service.

• Working hours are 17:00 - 01:30 Monday - Friday or Wednesday - Sunday or Saturday - Wednesday
• The successful incumbent will be required to work 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift per month - this will be compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekend work.
• Shift coverage over the festive period will be required, with compensation.

• Salary: Provable On Target Earning (OTE) in excess of INR 45,000

(Consists of INR 25,000 basic plus uncapped commission earnings)

Skills :

• Proven experience in telesales
• Sales experience in the cleaning industry advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• High level of communication skills and exceptional English pronunciation
• Even-tempered and the ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
• Good track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.

Working Conditions:This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position, and you are required to work hours as specified in this ad. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.
