:1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service (Target 100 to 150 calls daily)2. Influences customers to buy or retain product or service.3. Answer questions about products or the company4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales5. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed6.
