##### Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales through outbound telephone calls to potential customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!

• Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, referrals, and cold calling.
• Make Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest, qualify leads, and close sales.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to build trust and increase sales opportunities.
• Present Products/Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
• Handle Objections: Address and overcome objections to close sales and meet sales targets.
• Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately record and maintain customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information in our CRM system.
##### Requirements:
• 1-2 years of telesales experience: Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Results-Driven: A strong work ethic and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
