Job Description
We are seeking qualified Tele Sales Representatives that can manage customers and their inquiries. Your employment demands you to manage sales calls completely and be able to give correct information about the company\'s goods or services. Additionally, you must be able to provide prompt, courteous service in response to consumer inquiries. Candidates that are intelligent, enthusiastic, and have effective communication skills are also welcome. Interested Candidates can attend a Direct Walk-In on Fiday, 30th June 2023 and Saturday, 1st July 2023. Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Contacting current and future customers to advise them about the product and service (Digital Signature -DSC)
- Addressing all inquiries and questions about the company and the services.
- Understanding customers\' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- Follow up with consumers to make sure clients satisfaction, resolve issues and secure repeat business.
- Any degree with computer konweldge
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Communication skills in English and Malayalam required
- Immediate joining preferred
- Freshers to 1yr experience
- Experience in sales field is added advantage
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
