Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products or services. Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system. Provide timely and accurate feedback to the sales manager regarding sales performance, market trends, and customer needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the [industry/sector]. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
