We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales through outbound telephone calls to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound telephone calls to potential customers database to generate new business leads and sales.
• Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and interests.
• Present our products/services to potential customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
• Accurately and efficiently enter sales data in excel.
• Generate and submit sales reports to reporting manager on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
1 yrs + of experience in Tele sales in logistics Industry get added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Any Bachelor's degree
