Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Tele Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This role involves making cold calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products or services, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective customers using provided leads and scripts.
• Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative or relevant role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preference given to female but male with extraordinary skillset also welcomed.
