About Us:

Ocupiie Pvt. Ltd. is a leader in hospitality and language training, offering world-class education and career support to students globally. We are looking for motivated Telesales Representatives to join our team and help promote our comprehensive language training courses, including English, French, Arabic, Spanish and German .

Job Summary:

As a Telesales Representative , you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective students, and converting inquiries into enrollments for our language training programs. You will be the voice of Ocupiie Hospitality Academy , delivering high-quality customer service and promoting the benefits of our language courses.

Key Responsibilities:

? Contact potential students via phone to introduce and promote our language training courses.

? Understand the needs of prospects and recommend the most suitable courses.

? Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

? Answer questions about course details, pricing, and enrollment procedures.

? Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

? Follow up with leads and provide excellent post-sales service.

? Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

? Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role (preferably in

education/training services).

? Strong communication and negotiation skills.

? Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

? Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

? Passionate about helping people learn and grow.

? Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
