Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager/Executive with at least 1 year of experience in tele sales or a related field. The primary responsibilities include achieving daily and monthly targets by engaging with partners and providing instant services. You will explain contests and offers to partners, motivating them to meet their goals.
Role Description:
• Achieving daily and monthly targets
• Engaging with the partners and providing instant services to achieve the target
• Explaining the contests/offers to the partners motivate & achieving the targets
• Understanding the data management
• Proficiency in excel & relationship building skills
• Hindi is must other south languages are added advantage
Attributes we are looking for:
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Relationship manager/tele sales (Preferably from fin-tech, banking, NBFC or Insurance sectors).
• Willing to work 6 days a week, with availability from 10 AM to 8-8:30 PM.
• Open to working from the office located at HSR Layout, Bangalore.
