: Telesales Representative (1-2 Years Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Outbound Calls : Reach out to potential customers to present and sell our products/services.

- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.

- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

- Sales Reporting : Accurately record and report sales activities and results using CRM software.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support company goals.

Qualifications

- Experience : 1 to 2 years of telesales or related sales experience.

- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.

- Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Customer Focus : Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.

- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

- Motivation : Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve results.

- Adaptability : Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,145.41 - ?30,000.00 per month
