We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Contacting customers to inform them about products and services using scriptsAnswering questions about products and the companyAsking questions to understand customer requirements and close salesDirecting prospects to the field sales team when necessaryEntering and updating customer information in the databaseTaking and processing orders accuratelyHandling grievances to preserve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputationGoing the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future salesKeeping records of calls and sales, noting useful informationRequirements and Skills:Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
