Job Description

Little Einsteins Preschool is expanding its franchise network, providing high-quality early childhood education to communities. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Caller to join our team to help us grow our brand presence through effective outreach, competitor analysis, and content creation.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Caller, you will play a vital role in engaging with potential franchisees, representing Little Einsteins' values and goals. You will focus on prospecting and nurturing leads by making at least 40 calls per day, managing email communications, and occasionally presenting our preschool model to interested parties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Calls: Conduct a minimum of 40 outbound calls daily to potential franchisees, answering inquiries and explaining our preschool franchise opportunity.
- Email Communication: Compose clear, persuasive emails to follow up with leads and provide additional information.
- Presentations: Confidently give presentations via video calls to showcase Little Einsteins' franchise model and value proposition.
- Research & Competitor Analysis: During non-calling hours, research competitors, analyze industry trends, and develop insights to refine our approach.
- Content Creation: Generate engaging, informative content related to early childhood education for outreach campaigns, email follow-ups, and presentations.
- Reporting: Track call outcomes, document feedback, and provide regular reports to the management team.

- Schedule follow-up calls and facilitate franchise presentations or virtual meetings as required.

- Collaborate with the sales team to track lead progress and strategize for effective outreach.

- Effectively communicate the unique value of the Little Einsteins franchise model, emphasizing our curriculum, support system, and growth potential.

Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the education industry is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, email platforms, and video conferencing tools.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision, managing an 8-hour workday effectively.
- Sales Skills: Prior experience in telesales, customer engagement, or a related sales field.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research and competitor analysis, understanding market dynamics within the preschool sector.

Technical Requirements:
- High-Speed Internet: Minimum 10 Mbps upload speed for uninterrupted calls and video presentations.
- Laptop Specifications: Laptop with at least 8 GB of RAM to handle multiple applications and ensure seamless screen monitoring.
