Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Telesales Manager with 0-3 years of proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and sales skills and be responsible for overseeing and improving our telesales operations.

Responsibilities:

1) Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members for continuous improvement.
2)Performance Management:
Monitor and analyze telesales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance team performance and individual contributions.
3) Case Review:
Skillfully reevaluate cases to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize outcomes. Collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions and strategies.
4)Customer Meetings:
Conduct meetings with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
Ensure a customer-centric approach in all interactions, fostering long-term relationships.
5)Communication Skills:
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information. Foster clear and persuasive communication within the team and with customers.
Ability to reevaluate cases and implement effective solutions.
6) Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a telesales team.
